Our next book selection for The Highly Sensitive Creative Book Club is Ilse Sand’s book Highly Sensitive People in an Insensitive World. This book talks perceptively about some common struggles highly sensitive people face.
For example: Ilse talks about how, as sensitives, we can have high standards and yet doubt ourselves. There’s a lot of interesting stuff in this book, and I am looking forward to facilitating this book club!

After you register, you will get an email from Eventbrite with the Zoom meeting details.
We will meet once a month on Zoom from June-August. The discussion dates are below, and I have also answered some frequently-asked questions on the Eventbrite page.
If you have any other questions, please leave me a comment here. Alternatively, you can also contact me through Eventbrite, and then, I can directly answer you via email.
One of the good things that always comes from book circles is that not everyone sees the book in quite the same way. That really helps us understand the topic in a more nuanced way. And of course, connecting with like-minded people is always nourishing!
