As you may know, dreams and the inner world are a huge love of mine. They are a BIG thread in my book The Empath’s Journey in which I talk about understanding dream symbols based on ideas from depth psychology (specifically, Carl Jung’s analytical psychology).
Sometimes, we are hesitant to explore our inner world because we feel like we’re coming too close to repressed, abandoned parts of ourselves. But here’s the thing.
We don’t just repress the worst in us, we also repress the best.
