I’ve got some exciting news to share with you, especially if you identify as an INFJ or INFP personality type, an empath, or a Highly Sensitive Person!
This weekend, my friends Lauren Sapala and Jasraj Hothi opened registration for The INF Summit.
At this one-of-a kind-online summit (February 7 — 16), Lauren and Jas will be hosting video interviews/conversations with INFJ and INFP creators, entrepreneurs, authors, speakers, and bloggers, including me! The INF summit is totally free to attend, but sessions will only be available for viewing for a limited time.

My video interview will go live on February 8, 2020.
What you can expect as a highly sensitive INFP or INFJ.
Every video session will include an INFJ or INFP sharing their experience, strategies, and thoughts and feelings on living as an INFJ or INFP in a world that can be challenging for introverted intuitive feelers.
Some of the things that the conversations focus on include:
- How to thrive as an empath and skillfully handle overwhelming energy from others.
- How to navigate living in a world made for extroverts and thinkers.
- How to begin the creative work you know is inside you, despite what your inner critic says.
- How to sustain a healthy belief in your creative work and develop a practice to nourish it.
- Simple exercises to help with anxiety relief and dealing with other people’s expectations of you.
As INFPs and INFJs, we are a minority of the total population.
That’s one of the big reasons we can find it harder to find validation for our own way of being and our own way of doing things. As feelers and intuitives, we also approach the world in a way that more “rational-minded” people don’t easily get. What’s important to others might not be important to you as an INFP or INFJ personality type.
So, this summit will be a lovely opportunity to hear from a diverse group of INFPs and INFJs and learn from their experience. I am happy not only to be a part of the summit but also to get to learn from all the other participants.
You can check out the entire line-up of speakers and reserve your seat here. If you are wondering whether you are an INFP or INFJ, you can take a personality test here. Even if you are an “INT” type rather than an “INF” type, you are still bound to get a lot out of the summit, so register ASAP!
P.S. If you are new to this website and wondering, I am an INFP personality type!
